2006 Services and Prices
The Outdoor Corps provides water sampling services for lakeshore residents. Two packages are available:
Summer Sampling Package
$500 (local cost share may be available)
- Water samples are taken four times throughout the summer.
- Lab measurements include total phosphorus and chlorophyll-a. Field measurements include pH and transparency, and depth profiles of temperature and dissolved oxygen
- Results are shared with the lake association via a summary report.
- All Outdoor Corps Program reports are accessible via the Outdoor Corps Web site at www.outdoor-corps.net.
Summary Presentation
$100 (local cost share may be available)
- End of season presentation will be given at your location to describe the results of the monitoring program.
- Learn how you can use baseline this information to maintain and improve the health of your lake.
- Discover other resources available to protect and enhance your lake.
